Applicant tracking software TalentNest recently released a report evaluating the top sources for job hires in Canada. For the second consecutive year, the study concluded that Indeed is the number one source of applications, interviews and hires compared to all other job sites in Canada.
However, in this 2018 study, Indeed has reached new heights. We proved to deliver more applications, interviews and hires than all other recruitment sources, which not only includes external sources (job sites), but internal sources (company websites) as well.

Indeed delivers more hires than all other sources – combined
According to TalentNest, Indeed delivers seven times more hires than all other job sites combined. This is a big jump since TalentNest’s 2017 study, which revealed that Indeed delivered three times more hires than other all job sites combined.
How has Indeed been able to maintain its spot as the number one source of hires? It boils down to both quantity and quality. Indeed isn’t just the number one source of hires in Canada – it’s the number one source of applications and interviews as well. The study found that Indeed delivers five times more applications and eight times more interviews than all other job sites combined.
